📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and analyze civil and structural systems for high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all project sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.
