📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies to grow AmarthaLink's customer base in Bali
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with local business networks and community leaders
• Analyze customer acquisition data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to optimize strategies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals
• Stay updated on fintech trends and regulatory requirements in Bali's financial sector
• Provide regular reports on acquisition metrics and progress toward targets
• Assist in developing training materials for new account acquisition team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition
• Proven track record in growing customer bases in the fintech or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of digital banking and financial inclusion concepts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
