Maintenance & Utility Manager

As the Maintenance & Utility Manager at Yellow Fit Kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance and utilities for our central kitchen in Jakarta Utara. Your primary mission is to maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, and you will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities, including preventative and reactive maintenance.

In this role, you will utilize a range of tools and software, including SAP for maintenance planning and tracking, and various utility management systems. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry, with a strong background in maintenance management and utility optimization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities for the central kitchen, including preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of kitchen facilities by maintaining and repairing equipment and systems.
• Optimize utility usage, including water, electricity, and gas, to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and utility staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance planning and tracking, and various utility management systems.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities and utility usage to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and utility management within the food service industry.
• Strong background in maintenance management, with experience in preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Proven ability to optimize utility usage and reduce costs.
• Experience with SAP for maintenance planning and tracking, and various utility management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the food service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
