In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities, including inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and vendor negotiations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze logistics data using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best possible terms and rates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Provide guidance and support to the logistics team, helping them to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
