Our Medical Mission Program is designed to bring quality healthcare to remote and underserved areas of Bali. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the right medications at the right time, all while contributing to the broader mission of improving community health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in underserved communities, ensuring they receive the right medications at the right time.
• Consult with healthcare providers to determine appropriate medication regimens and dosages.
• Monitor medication adherence and patient response to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on medication use, potential side effects, and the importance of adherence.
• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering and tracking medications.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment continuity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community health initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in pharmacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid registration from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Board (BPOM).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosage forms, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Medan or similar.
• Passion for community service and a commitment to improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
