📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed equipment maintenance schedules and records.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure equipment is available and operational for project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in heavy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to field teams, addressing equipment-related issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, or Volvo) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
