In this role, you'll be the face of The Body Shop, assisting customers with product selection, application, and advice. You'll ensure our store is clean, organized, and welcoming, while also contributing to our sales targets. This is a full-time contract position with competitive pay and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection, application, and advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock and manage inventory using The Body Shop's POS system.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote new products and services to customers.
• Uphold The Body Shop's values and standards of customer service.
• Participate in store events and promotions.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with beauty products and services.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in The Body Shop's POS system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
