📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks on facilities and equipment.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Training and supervising staff to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable in their roles.
• Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance administration.
• Proven track record in managing and maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
