📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement process for pharmacy retail stores, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demand.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and retail procurement processes is a plus.
