📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to support manufacturing and logistics operations.

Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address procurement-related issues and challenges.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards.

Prepare and present procurement reports and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.

Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
