📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily retail and logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Optimize inventory management using SAP or similar ERP systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient logistics and timely deliveries.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols in the workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives and initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and logistics operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
