Assistant Shop Manager - Retail Excellence (Bali Locations)

Sports Direct Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail excellence team in Bali. We are expanding our presence in key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, and we're looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to help us achieve our retail goals.

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to implement retail strategies, manage inventory, and train staff to meet our high standards of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Shop Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using POS systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Train and develop retail staff to uphold our brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Conduct regular in-store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns to drive store performance.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product displays are optimized for customer engagement.
• Provide regular reports on store performance and customer feedback to support decision-making.
• Ensure a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing retail operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between store locations.
