📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and technical support.
• Proven expertise in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing various types of industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
