📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including customer service, loan processing, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement branch-specific strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional office.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving branch performance and profitability.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with branch management software, such as Core Banking System (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
