📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
• Conduct monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the audit process by maintaining proper documentation and providing necessary information.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Excel, and other financial tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
