You'll use our trusted tools like Google Classroom and Seesaw to document children's progress and share updates with parents. Our centers are equipped with the latest childcare equipment and resources to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development.
• Assist children with their daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Document children's progress using Google Classroom and Seesaw.
• Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on their children's development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality childcare experience.
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education trends and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate (CDA), or Montessori.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
