Go Smart Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Telesales professional to join our team in Kuta. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and closing sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our products and services.

Explaining the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

Closing sales and meeting monthly targets.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns.

Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

Working closely with the marketing team to achieve sales goals.

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
