📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical materials,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
