📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and KPIs.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitoring sales performance and providing coaching and support to the sales team.,Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Managing the sales budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.,Collaborating with other departments to drive overall business growth.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
