Bureau Veritas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Building & Infrastructure division.,In this role, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our Building & Infrastructure division.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and efficient.,Provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the recruitment process and progress.,Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong background in hiring for the Building & Infrastructure industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and video interviewing platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work remotely and independently, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
