📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present products and services to clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
