Hokian Gita Digital is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Oversee the performance of the fleet, ensuring that vehicles are utilized efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide leadership and support to junior fleet coordinators and staff.,Conduct regular fleet audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
