New Gate Abadi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently operated.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver assignments.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Coordinate with drivers and third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Track and report on vehicle performance and usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
