📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and processes.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
