📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the organization.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all section activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor section budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on section performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
