📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance and contribute to team success.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to support sales activities.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and customer service operations.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
