Up Byte Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition and functioning smoothly.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage a team of technicians, develop and implement maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition,Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services,Monitor maintenance costs and budget, ensuring they are within allocated limits,Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar role,Proven experience in managing a team of technicians,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using maintenance management software
