📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and tracking vehicle usage.,Ensure compliance with all vehicle regulations and safety standards.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency to optimize fleet performance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle performance, maintenance, and usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle issues and maintenance schedules.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
