As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and organize vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely service.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs when necessary.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
