📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the market.,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.,Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.,Monitor and report on the performance of business initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends.,Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the East Timor market and business environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.
