📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor the branch staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the corporate office.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other branches to share best practices and improve overall performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to food service.
