📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock taking and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
  • Handle inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
