📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they are safe and functional.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect facilities regularly to identify any issues or potential hazards.,Ensure all work is compliant with local regulations and company policies.,Manage a team of workers and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methods.,Proven ability to manage projects and budgets effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
