China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is part of our Light Transit Authority (LTA) projects and offers a competitive salary package of IDR 120,000,000 to IDR 165,000,000 per year.
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various LTA projects in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of LTA projects in Bali.Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including engineers, site supervisors, and laborers.Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and standards.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.Ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficient in using construction management software and tools.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Ability to travel frequently, including to remote and challenging sites.🛠️ Keahlian
