📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishment.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.
