📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in staff development activities and training programs.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our healthcare services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and compassionate demeanor.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
