Fresh Zone Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle various tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including reception, check-in/check-out, and guest services.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.,Handle inquiries, reservations, and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Assist in the organization and distribution of mail and packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a similar organization.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
