🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Certifications in industrial automation, such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Control System Technician (CCST), are a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
