📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
