Sumber Joko Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, representing our brand and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant restaurant in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Represent the restaurant and its brand in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Promote the restaurant through various channels, including social media, word-of-mouth, and events.
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent service and creating a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences and help improve our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian culture and customs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
